The HypnoBirthing® course is presented in a series of 4/5 evening classes or 2 full days. The courses that are run over two full days are suited to couples who need to travel to attend the course, are unable to attend the evening course or are further along in pregnancy.
HypnoBirthing® is taught in four or five classes of two and a half/three hours, depending on group size. We also offer some classes over two consecutive Saturdays or Sundays for couples who need to travel longer distances, are further along in pregnancy or are not able to attend weekly classes for other reasons.

Unit 2: Falling in Love with Your Baby/Preparing Mind & Body
Unit 3: Getting Ready to Welcome your Baby
Unit 4: An overview of Birthing – A Labour of Love
Unit 5: Birth – Breathing Love – Bringing Life
Private HypnoBirthing Courses can be arranged at mutually convenient times (weekdays, nights or weekends). They can be run in the comfort of your own home or at the Robina studio. If the class dates don’t suit you, you need catch up or refresher lessons or you have other children who need to be babysat – perhaps this is the best option for you.
Private HypnoBirthing refresher classes of 3 hours are also available. This is a great option if you have done the course before and wish to recap the techniques and deep relaxation practice before your next birth.
We live in a vast country – and our wish is for parents everywhere to have access to the HypnoBirthing program. For this reason, we are now offering private Skype sessions to parents living in remote areas within Australia and overseas.
Take some quality time out as a couple to totally focus on your upcoming birth and each other. We have packaged together a privately run HypnoBirthing® course with a ‘BabyMoon’ to the Gold Coast or Brisbane!
In this course we teach the birthing mother and her birthing companion techniques for relaxation and self-hypnosis to assist in achieving a a calm and family friendly c-section.
This hands-on class is intended for pregnant women who are first time mums or mums who have not breastfed for a while. Practical and interactive, we’ll discuss how to overcome some of the challenges of breastfeeding faced by many women during the first weeks of motherhood. In addition to learning how to enhance breast milk production, you’ll practice optimal baby positioning as well as relaxing postures to maintain comfort during breastfeeding.
