Stella is now quite an alert baby, is able to self-settle fairly quickly and we’ve developed a beautiful breastfeeding relationship. I believe a lot of this is largely due to your classes and I have been proud to advocate HypnoBirthing to other women in my mother’s group.

Totally natural with no pain relief at all. It was the most amazing experience of my life!! I went from being so insanely terrified of giving birth and not wanting the day to ever come (right back the beginning) but after doing the Hypnobirthing course, I felt like I was totally prepared and couldn’t wait to meet the little one!

I am so keen to share my wonderful Hypnobirthing story with all pregnant women. It was so amazing! I can’t believe it! I want all women to have the birth we had!

Thanks Melissa for teaching us the techniques, you don’t know until the time which ones you’ll call on, but I’m so glad we had the tools. Best of all was having the confidence of knowing your body and mind together is capable of great things.

The nurses enjoyed the birth as much as we did! It was truly magnificent and I truly thank you for showing me the ‘how’.
